Meta tic-tac-toe(also known as ultimate tic-tac-toe) is a spin-off on tic-tac-toe that involves a strategic element of play, instead of the same old nine-move ends-in-a-tie boredom. There are nine tic-tac-toe boards in a mega-board configuration, and each move you play dictates which board your opponent plays on next. The goal is to conquer three boards in a line- row, column or diagonal.
